Horse Riding Instruction
Lucknam Park Equestrian Centre, set in 500 acres of Cotswold countryside in Wiltshire, meets the same exacting standards of distinction and luxury that are synonymous with the award winning country house hotel.
All riding abilities catered for from complete novices to experienced riders. Breaking-in and schooling of horses, difficult horses for retraining, lessons provided by our experienced and qualified staff in the all-weather arena including show-jumping, dressage and cross country schooling- under the leadership of Dawn Cameron, Equestrian Centre Manager.
Riding
Estate rides (competent novices) £85 per hour
Instructional estate rides £95 per hour
Lessons
Flat work and jumping £95per hour
Cross country jumping £95 per hour
Lunge lesson £95 per 40 minutes
Equestrian packages - for those looking for something a little more stucture yet with a fun element;
Saddle and Spa Day - £290 inclusive of the following;
- Tea or coffee on arrival in The Brasserie
- One hour of dressage or showjumping tuition in the all weather arena
- One hour hack around Lucknam Park's 500 acre estate
- 2 course lunch in The Brasserie inclusive of a glass or house wine or soft drink
- A relaxing full body massage in the tranquility of The Spa
- Use of all Spa facilities including 20 metre indoor swimming pool and 5 thermal cabins
- Afternoon cream tea in The Brasserie
Pony Time - £155
This is a real treat for any potential young horse riding enthusiasts and includes the following;
- 3 hours with your very own pony
- A fun hack around our 500 acres of beautiful parkland and woodland
- Learn how to care for a field or stable kept pony
- Riding instruction and gymkhana games
- Challenge quiz
All external guests will be charged a £20 day temporary membership fee .
