The Park - Sample Menu

The following is a sample of some of the signature dishes created by our award winning Executive Chef, Hywel Jones, and his highly skilled brigade from the a la carte menu.

Should you have any specific requirements, preferences or wishes or prefer more simply prepared dishes we will be delighted to discuss them with you. 

A la carte 3 course dinner in The Park excluding coffee and petit fours is £65.00 per person      

 

 To start

Roast Scottish diver scallops, smoked haddock brandade, marinated baby carrots, tomato and cumin vinaigrette

Crisp compression of Roundway Hill pork, roast tiger prawns, tomato fondue, lemongrass foam

 

Main course

Braised Fillet of wild turbot, crisp belly of suckling pig, pumpkin and Bramley apple puree, hand rolled macaroni, truffle butter sauce

Loin and shoulder of Wiltshire Downlands lamb, sweetbread dumpling, potato terrine, green olive and celery puree and watercress

 

 Dessert  

Passion fruit cream, lemongrass and palm sugar sorbet, mango shot

The following is a sample of The Gourmet Menu which is £75 per person, should you choose to have matching wines selected by our sommelier the additional charge is £35 person.

\Both our vegetarian gourment menus are £75 per person excluding coffee and petit fours. Should you choose to have matching wines the additonal cost is £35 per person.   The follwing is a sample of one of our menus;
